How to brew:
I recommend using french press / plunger to make your brew. For a medium size pot, use two heaped tablespoons per cup. Top up, with around 70° water and let it brew for around 4 minutes. Press slowly and enjoy.

We have chosen their “Gridlock” blend for this months coffee. A two bean blend from PNG and Kenya. These origins are 2 of the biggest produces of top coffee in the world. They provide bright fruity tones with a chocolaty/earthy finish. This blend has good body, rich crema and being a strong brew makes it ideal for a press style coffee.
