Name - Gentlemen's Beans
Region - Wellington
Origin - Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia
How to brew:
Make a strong brew for a milk coffee, also goes well with alliterative milks like soy or almond. As a black coffee we recommend a pour over filter style.
Gentlemen’s Beans is a unique micro roastery in the heart of Wellington. Originally the roastery was set up in a converted 1910, men's public restroom. On the corner of Courtenay place. An early photo shows a sign by the building saying "Gentlemen's" hence the name is a nod to the past history of that location. Their Master roaster is me... James Leathem. We recently won 2 bronze medal awards for the 2018 Golden bean in Auz. I blend and roast our beans to craft a sweet, full-bodied brew ideal for both black and white coffees.
